When you are in a long-term relationship, some very powerful emotions develop. If something turns the relationship sour, like say infidelity, the repercussions of that action will not be as simple as a mutual agreement to part ways. Normally the one who gets cheated is deeply wounded, and thoughts of vengeance consume them…
One Japanese fellow found out the hard way that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Ordinarily, revenge is a dish best served cold, but this time, it was best served tepid and with a side of bath salts.
Without causing any physical harm, what is the best way to hurt someone? Take the thing that they cherish more than anything else and destroy it. In today’s modern society, one of the most important parts of our lives is our technology. Especially in Japan, people are always seen using some kind of tech or queuing up to buy the latest overpriced gadget.
Apple fanboys are even worse, they amass all the products that Apple releases and take immense pride in the fact that everything they own was designed in California. Which makes it really easy to know where to hit those fanboys where it hurts, right in the Apples![tweet https://twitter.com/foolishnessfly2/status/589411768474075136 align=center]
When a Japanese woman found out her significant other was cheating on her, she decided to make him pay. She apparently took all his beloved Apple products and drowned them in the bath. Then, in order to drive the knife home, took photos of what she had done and sent them to him, hopefully while he was wining and dining his new woman.
▼“Hold on, (secret) darling, I’m getting a text message. It’s probably just Mike from wo–OH MY GOD WHAT HAS SHE DONE TO MY STUFF!?!?”
Some Apple fans lament the destruction of their holy goods, but reactions have been mostly positive.
“Just getting what you deserved.”
“It’s OK because your smart phone is still alive!”
“Good thing it’s not in a used toilet.”
“Makes you think twice about cheating on your significant other.”
“Seems a little bit harsh.”
Harsh or not, this relationship is definitely over and done with. Just remember that your actions have consequences and that cheating never pays…in this case, it’s going to cost you, big time.
