Leg-lovers will be pleased to know that Japanese artist Yuria is continuing her foray into the world of thighs.
Less than a year after her Ambiguous☆Thighs Photo Studio exhibition, devout thigh photographer Yuria is back with a new exhibit, entitled The World of Thigh Shots.
▼ “【Event Information】Between April 22 and May 15 I’ll be holding a solo exhibit called The World of Thigh Shots. #futomomoshashinkan #futomomoshashinnosekaiten”
The collection features a thousand shots of women’s thighs, and continues the photographer’s work of exploring the zettai ryouiki (“absolute area”, or the section of thigh between a girl’s skirt and knee socks that is a common sight in Japan) by turning fetishism into art.
Yuria’s thigh photography immediately began making waves after it was featured in an exhibit with Manabu Koga, the photographer behind the underwater knee sock phenomenon, and three other artists around this time last year.
Opinion seems to be divided as to whether or not Yuria’s material is in fact more artistic than erotic, but the exhibit is sure to get your heart racing while providing an interesting look into the modern Japanese psyche when it comes to sex appeal.
