Separate Pokémon Go Plus accessory still slated for this month.

Niantic announced at the Apple Special Event on Wednesday that Pokémon Go will be available for Apple Watch before the end of the year.

The Apple Watch version of Pokémon Go will record the day’s activity and calories burned. The watch will also notify users when they come across a wild Pokémon or Pokéstop, and they interact with both with swipes across the watch face.
