This cosplayer makes female characters look stunning, and she also nails the pretty boy look too.
While many choose to cosplay as characters matching their own gender, sometimes the love for Japanese characters is too great to let gender box them in, and here to prove it is a gorgeous Korean woman called Seunghyo.
Dressed up as Tomoyo from Cardcaptor Sakura, Seunghyo is captivatingly beautiful. Despite her ability to bring female characters to life in the real world, though, Seunghyo also has a thing for dressing up as male characters too.
▼ Here she strikes a pose as Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto.
And here she gets into the character of Yuri Plisetsky from smash hit anime Yuri!!! on Ice.
▼ She also looks great as schoolboy Sougo Okita from Gintama.
Seunghyo clearly has an in-depth knowledge of all the different personas she takes on, channelling each look expertly, with poses and gazes that perfectly fit each character.
Seunghyo’s male character cosplay is so well done it’s easy to forget that the person underneath the well-styled wigs and carefully applied makeup is actually a woman.
▼ The attention to detail in her costumes is also incredibly impressive.
▼ This attention to detail is something that shines in her female cosplay too.
Seunghyo does such an amazing job at male character cosplay that when she switches over to female characters, fans online are shocked to discover that she’s actually a woman.
