One of the greatest things about going out to a restaurant in Japan is the oshibori, hot or cold towels given to patrons to clean their hands before a meal. We don’t know why more countries haven’t adopted this practice; there’s nothing better than being greeted by a soothing oshibori before a delicious meal.
